Shikha Kashyap (Chair)

Shikha Kashyap is the Chair of the SDS Industry Advisory Board.

Shikha is the co-founder and CEO of Syntelli Solutions, a leading provider of data and analytics services. Shikha comes from a technical background and has been responsible for clients’ enterprise architecture decisions, technology trends, and building an amazing technology delivery team. Shikha also leads Health Insights, a health analytics company that was launched in January 2021. Health Insights’ mission is to enable healthcare leaders to achieve their strategic goals and improve outcomes by unleashing the power of their data. Shikha is very passionate about women in data science and STEM fields. She is one of the founding members of the School of Data Science, ex-co-chair of SIM Women Charlotte, and launched a local meetup in Data Science in Machine Learning.
