Shikha Kashyap

Shikha is the CEO and Co-founder of Syntelli Solutions, a women-operated services firm dedicated to excellence in data, analytics, and AI. A technical visionary at heart, Shikha focuses on helping clients navigate AI transformation and Agentic systems to drive operational intelligence.

Beyond her executive role, she is a founding member of the UNC Charlotte School of Data Science and a tireless champion for women in technology. Building on her history as the former co-chair of SIM Women Charlotte and her work launching local ML meetups, Shikha’s mission remains to foster innovation while building a diverse and inclusive future for the data science community.
